We are looking for an experienced Software Technical Leader to drive the architecture, design and development of complex embedded software systems throughout the full engineering lifecycle with experience within Defense & Aerospace sector.
This is a Senior Technical role combining hands‑on software development with software architecture, technical leadership and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities - Define software architecture and software development strategy.
- Lead the software technical direction across multiple engineering projects.
- Translate system requirements into software architecture and implementation plans.
- Drive software integration, verification and validation activities.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor software engineers.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the complete development lifecycle.
