Key Responsibilities

• Own code quality and engineering standards by leading rigorous code reviews and enforcing best practices
• Drive performance, scalability, and security across all web applications
• Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team , with a strong focus on Next.js and modern frontend frameworks
• Champion Agile delivery , facilitating key ceremonies and ensuring consistent, high-quality output
• Partner with the Director of Software Development to align technical execution with business priorities
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement , adopting new technologies and reducing technical debt

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
