Job Description

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with product specifications and project timelines.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems using modern architectural patterns such as microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Establish and enforce development standards including coding practices, documentation, version control, testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, supporting project planning, requirement analysis, system integration testing, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• At least a diploma with 6 years software development experience.
• Strong Java expertise with Spring Framework and REST APIs.
