A leading regional bank is building the next generation of its digital banking platforms across Asia Pacific and they're looking for a hands‑on engineering leader to drive it.

You will own engineering excellence for our high‑volume web and mobile channel applications, used by customers across the region. That means setting the technical bar and making sure it's met: governing architecture, enforcing code quality across internal and vendor teams, validating designs against what actually ships, and keeping CI/CD and code management practices sharp.

This is a leadership role for someone who stays close to the code reviewing merge requests, spotting technical risk and debt early, and mentoring developers into a culture of quality and accountability. You'll work alongside architects, product owners, and QA to deliver platforms that meet the security and regulatory standards of a major financial institution.
