Oaks Auckland Hotel is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team in a brand-new restaurant opening. You will lead kitchen operations, oversee food preparation and service, mentor staff, and uphold the highest standards of quality, presentation and hygiene.

From breakfast through dinner, you’ll drive performance, manage stock and costing, collaborate with the Food & Beverage team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a positive, high-energy kitchen culture.
