Position Overview

Job Description As the Lead Specialist -Technology Support Services, you will be the trusted advisor and technical support professional for the WESCO Global Solutions business. The Advanced Technology Support (ATS) team is the second tier of support in all our technologies. You will act as a technical advisor to the Communications and Security Solutions (CSS), Electrical and Electronic Solutions (EES)and Utility and Broadband Solutions (UBS) sales organizations. The team proactively works with all global sales representatives and supports all large, complex and global opportunities. The team also supports the Corporate Marketing, Supply Chain Solutions and Category Management groups as Subject Matter Experts.
