About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead and grow our Beauty & Personal Care

Ingredients business. The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial background in supplying

specialty chemicals and functional ingredients to beauty and personal care manufacturers, with proven

experience in business development, strategic account management, and P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute the business strategy for the Beauty & Personal Care Ingredients vertical.

● Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall P&L performance.

● Build strategic relationships with personal care, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and hygiene

product manufacturers, formulators, and distributors.
