Job Specification 

Working as part of a multiskilled team you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to complete static strength analysis and justifications for metallic and composite structures. Your primary role will be to work closely with Design and F&DT engineers to assess and validate repairs to damaged aircraft structures. Additional tasks may include managing the offload of packages of work to suppliers, presenting major repair scoping to senior stakeholders, and guiding and supporting sub-contract suppliers providing structural analysis work. You will ensure adherence to airworthiness regulations, relevant design principles, processes, methods and manufacturing capabilities guidelines.
