Job Description
Leads and manages the day‐to‐day activities of maintenance supervisors and maintenance teams to ensure that production equipment, machinery, and facilities operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Provides overall direction and oversight to ensure facilities, buildings, and plants remain in good working order and support operational objectives.
Responsibilities
Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
Ensures work performed by maintenance teams meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards by reviewing and auditing completed work.
Oversees the availability, condition, and proper use of maintenance equipment, materials, parts, and tools across teams.
