Job Description
Perform basic network troubleshooting on LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and ISP/WAN links at sales offices and warehouse sites; liaise with regional network team and ISP/MSP vendors for escalations.
Provide Tier 1 end-user computing support (Windows desktops/laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, scanners, handheld terminals) for users in the Kuala Lumpur freight office, Malaysia sales offices, and warehouse sites.
Install, configure, and maintain end-user hardware, software, operating systems, and standard productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, VPN clients, antivirus/EDR agents).
Manage IT assets across all Malaysia sites — procurement support, asset tagging, inventory tracking, lifecycle refresh, and secure disposal.
Support warehouse IT operations including barcode scanners, label/thermal printers, RF handhelds, and connectivity to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS)...
