Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and support of the cloud platform, ensuring reliability and high performance.
• Provide advanced (third‑level) technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of IT infrastructure issues.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve IT infrastructure solutions, focusing on resilience and capacity.
• Train, mentor, and support cloud administrators, fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
