Key Accountabilities:

·Significant drive to enhance organizational compliance, collaborate extensively with the Organization's Risk team to pivot our focus toward targeted remediation of high-priority breached KRIs.

·Develop and generate reports with RAG status updates and path to green for KRIs Compliance in CNB for the weekly risk deck and monthly BRD Deck to be submitted to SLT.

·Through influential guidance and cross-functional leadership, successfully instill a culture of zero tolerance for overdue Open Audit issues and findings, significantly elevating our collective risk conduct and governance standards.

·Working with SMEs, control testers and Risk Team on closing Open Issues, uplifting controls and ensure readiness for Control testing.
