**OVERVIEW**

As part of the product management leadership team, the Lead Technology Product Manager is responsible for overall product lifecycle management for the product components that are shared across the portfolio solutions in Clinical Surveillance and Compliance (CSC).

The Lead Technology Product Manager executes broad market research and conducts contextual inquiry with key customers to develop the strategic vision and supporting product roadmap for the shared products that are integrated into the Surveillance portfolio – the learning management system that supports product training and clinical education, the analytics product that delivers reporting for all products, and shared product infrastructure components like user management.
