The Lead Teller will oversee staff, work with Western Union customers, and help grow transactions and revenue. We are looking for an IC who can continuously increase the team’s productivity.
Key Responsibilities - Liaise between the branch and head office and be the bridge between management and FLA’s.
- Conduct audit of branches to ensure compliance.
- Oversee multiple Western Union Branches and achieve assigned branch targets.
- Map competitors’ rates and service offerings.
- Manage the branch’s budget.
- Actively promote new products and initiatives.
- Accountable for managing Duty Roster in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent service for Western Union customers.
- Allocate branch resources as per staff and client needs.
