Responsibilities Understand the functional/Non functioanl requirements and scope of work to be performed for engagement. Creates the test strategy for the project from test requirements, review effort estimaties for test execution Develop test plans for complex functionalities, provide review feedback for test plans, reviews all risk and mitigations identified and develop the action plan. Ensure the test environment availability and provide necessary review feedback for test data setup.

Review the complete test execution and publish the test report Review and prepare relevant data on metrics based on request. Review closure report and submits to respective stakeholde. Mentors the team and provide performance feedback of individual team members to management.
