Matric

Qualified UASMT or related aviation qualification, diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Aviation Electronics, or equivalent hands-on industry experience

Proven background in drone maintenance, RC aircraft systems, aviation electronics, or mechatronic repairs

Experience with agricultural drones is highly advantageous

Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a team in a demanding technical environment

Strong understanding of SACAA drone regulations and Part 101 compliance

Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians while coordinating daily workshop activities to ensure optimal turnaround times
