Job Description

The Lead Value Assurance & Program Delivery – Commercial is responsible for ensuring that commercial data, analytics, and AI initiatives deliver measurable business value while being executed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with strategic priorities. The role acts as the bridge between Commercial Business Units and CDAIO, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of data and AI programs, tracking business benefits, and ensuring initiatives translate into tangible outcomes such as revenue growth, customer experience improvement, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.

This role establishes governance and value realization frameworks for commercial use cases, monitors delivery performance, manages program risks and dependencies, and provides transparent reporting on project progress and business impact.
