Chick-fil-A Singing Hills is seeking early career professionals or experienced hospitality professionals to join our Leadership Development & Manager Training Program. This 2-YEAR accelerated development program will prepare you to hold a leadership role with Chick-fil-A Singing Hills within the first 6 months; preparing you for continued advancement within the restaurant and/or serving as a stepping stone on the path to your long-term career. 

The first 6–9 months of the program are a blend of Leadership Development and Restaurant Operational Skills Development, delivered through coursework, personal coaching and on-the-job training designed to prepare you for the role of Front of House or Back of House Operations Leader.
