As a Leader Training Program (LTP) Coach, you will support the organization, direction, coordination, and conduct of quality training to coach, teach, and mentor brigade and battalion level commanders and staffs during each LTP exercise.
What You’ll Work On:
Conduct small group instruction focused on individual and collective training in the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
Estimate procedures, mission command, and SOPs for planning, orders preparation, information management, rehearsals, and case studies for the Mission Command and their warfighting functions focused on critical thi...
