Create and manage course items, classes, and collections on the Learning Management System (LMS)
Maintain and update the course master list; enroll staff in classes and update learning history for completed courses
Assist with migration of historical learning data and generate training application reports as requested
Respond to general staff queries received through the Learning mailbox
Provide administrative support in codifying competencies into templates and assist in logistics for in-person training sessions, including invitations, venue setup, attendance tracking, and feedback collection
Requirement
With more than 1+ year working experience
Experience using Successfactors
