Roles and Responsibilities
β’ + years of specialized experience in leadership development
β’ Experience in coaching / executive coaching (preferably a certified coach)
β’ Knowledge of various assessment methodologies and related / trending leadership development practices
β’ Experience of embedding behavior and mind-set change using comprehensive change management and
Organizational Development approaches
β’ Knowledge and experience of Talent Management concepts and tools.
β’ Excellent communication skills.
β’ Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
