Leader Development Program (LDP) The Leader Development Program (LDP) is a one-year rotational program designed to prepare high-potential individuals for future leadership roles within APi Group . This immersive experience provides broad exposure to multiple APi companies and market segments while developing the skills needed to lead successfully in our organization. This program is open to both external candidates and current APi Group employees who are eager to take the next step in their leadership journey and be part of something larger than themselves.
