You will be joining the global PWR-T Lean Leader network, initially representing Installation. Our team is responsible for driving the Lean implementation within PWR-T. You will work together with your functional sponsor, initially VP of Installation, and with the PWR-T Executive Committee to develop a culture of Lean within your organization and to identify and drive opportunities to improve quality, predictability, and simplification within the daily work of the organization.
