Franke LLC seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to drive the FRANKE Continuous Improvement System at the plant level. You will lead Lean and Six Sigma strategies, building robust problem‑solving processes and mentoring teams to lift margins, delivery, safety and quality.

Responsibilities include developing the site CI strategy with leadership, delivering training, leading VSM boot camps, RIEs and Kaizen events, and coordinating cross‑functional improvements to reduce waste and variation
