Join a global HR transformation programme and lead end-to-end process design for HR workstreams. You’ll ensure processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals, while delivering great user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design HR processes using Lean, Agile & Human-Centred Design Run workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable solutions Ensure alignment with self-service, data, and technology (AI/automation) Maintain standards, coach teams, and ensure high-quality documentation (SOPs, RACIs, workflows) Support implementation and transition to operations
