Position Overview

                        Key Responsibilities:         

         Develop and maintain a standardized Lean Academy curriculum aligned with operational, clinical, and public health contexts.      

         Facilitate structured Lean Academy cohorts and instructional sessions using blended in-person and virtual models.      

         Coach participants through applied Lean A3 projects aligned with organizational priorities.      

         Support leadership capability development and executive sponsorship of Lean practices.      

         Prepare comprehensive reports, including text, tabular, and graphic presentations for performance reporting.      

         Communicate efficiently and proactively with internal and external stakeholders.      

         Ensure all training materials and documentation meet standards for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
