Fitness Champs Aquatics Dubai seeks enthusiastic Swim Coaches to deliver Learn to Swim programmes across Dubai locations, guiding swimmers of all ages to build confidence, water safety, and technique in a fun, safe setting.

You will work with the Head Coach and Country Manager to grow the programme, support schools and camps, and uphold high coaching standards with a strong focus on customer service and community engagement.
