Department: Delivery Location: Home based, UK (with occasional travel to our London office) Reports to: Service Delivery Manager Hours: 37.5  per week Salary: (Depending on experience) Role Overview Learner Success Coaches are responsible for maximising retention and ensuring apprentice progress to target by monitoring learner progress, conducting routine progress review every 10 -12 weeks and providing coaching support sessions as required for each learner.

You are an experienced Education Coach/Mentor, with excellent administrative and communication skills, an eye for detail and a sound respect for ensuring compliant practices.

You’ll enjoy overseeing a busy schedule of learner meetings and be able to quickly build rapport with learners and line managers from a variety of sectors and disciplines.  You’ll enjoy maintaining key reporting by accurately updating learner LMS and learning platforms.
