What will you do?

• Become an expert in our products and services to guide new students who are starting their training with goFLUENT.
• Support learners throughout their journey by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions to any concerns.
• Follow up with students through different communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
• Make proactive calls to motivate students to fully utilize the available resources and tools.
• Maintain efficient communication with internal teams to ensure a smooth user experience.
