Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, along with a strong understanding of SETA processes and requirements.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and administer training and development programmes

  • Liaise with SETA bodies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

  • Assist with Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR) submissions

  • Maintain accurate training records and employee development data

  • Support learnerships, internships, and skills development initiatives

  • Track training budgets and compile reports for management

  • Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and training providers

  • Ensure all training interventions align with company and legislative requirements
