• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
• Experience in HR or Administrative Support;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word;
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (My Development is a plus);
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Team player with a proactive and client-focused mindset;
• Fluent English.
