The Learning and Development Team supports colleagues across Richmond and Wandsworth to build the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to deliver high-quality services. As part of this team, you will help staff make the most of Microsoft and Copilot by sourcing, designing and delivering practical learning interventions that support the wider roll out and effective use of digital tools across the organisation.
