• Develop and execute the companys learning and development strategy aligned with business goals and operational needs.
• Design structured training programs for frontline staff, supervisors, managers, and support functions.
• Ensure training initiatives support service excellence, productivity, and employee retention.

Operations & Technical Training

• Lead the development of technical and operational training modules, including:
  • Food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • Kitchen operations and service procedures
  • Customer service and guest experience
  • Equipment use and safety
