II. KEY RESULT AREAS
Develops training plan/methods based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Conducts orientation sessions for new employees
Create training materials; multi visual aids and presentations
Prepares and implements training budget
Conducts/arranges applicable trainings/seminars/workshops to the employees in accordance to the training policy of the company and tracks participants training record
Resolves any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
