Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Trainer/L & D Manager to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive training program across all functional areas of the Supply Chain organization. This individual will partner with subject matter experts and leadership to create engaging, multi-format training materials that support employee onboarding, professional development, operational excellence, and leadership growth.

Responsibilities

+ Partner with subject matter experts to develop training materials for all aspects of Supply Chain operations.

+ Utilize technology (including HealthStream videos and other digital learning tools) to develop and deploy training content.

+ Create customer-facing Supply Chain training materials for the company intranet, including topics such as: Issuing Purchase Orders (POs), New Product Request Process, RFID Ordering, Additional Supply Chain processes
