Job Descriptions:
β’ Plan and coordinate annual training programs based on department needs.
β’ Manage onboarding and mandatory training for new employees.
β’ Organize training schedules, materials, trainers, and attendance records.
β’ Facilitate internal training sessions and support external training arrangements.
β’ Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and prepare periodic reports.
β’ Ensure training compliance with company standards and HQ guidelines.

Job Requirements:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
β’ Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Training & Development (in manufacturing preferred).
β’ Good with public speaking and presentation skills.
β’ Ability to conduct training needs analysis and create training plans.
β’ Familiar with training evaluation methods (ex: pre-test, post-test, feedback).
