Plan, organize, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs. Ensure smooth end-to-end learning processes for employees, managers, and trainers. Support both global and local learning and competence development processes. Act as the key user and subject matter expert for the Workday Learning system. Support managers and content creators in using Workday Learning effectively. Contribute to the development, maintenance, and quality assurance of the Workday Learning library. Develop L&D processes, standards, and ways of working together with other L&D Specialists and the L&D Manager. Measure learning effectiveness, participation, and business impact, and continuously develop the offering.
