We are looking for a staff to join our Learning & Development team (L&D) within our Core Business Services. During trainings season, L&D seeks personable and highly motivated individual to support the L&D manager on day-to-day administrative tasks and activities. This opportunity will allow you to kickstart your career in L&D and build experience with logistics preparations and increase communication and data management skills.

L&D staff are expected to support day-to-day activities such as:

• Setting up training venue (online or face to face)
• Sending invites
• Assisting facilitators and participants
• Encoding attendance
• Sending survey
• On-site logistics support
• Other administrative tasks
