You will help create a calm, purposeful learning environment, build positive relationships with studentsand play a key role in helping them achieve their best across a broad and ambitious curriculum. We are looking for someone who is conscientious, enjoys working with young peopleand has the confidence to support learning in a range of subjects. You will take pride in helping students succeed — whether by reinforcing key concepts, supporting literacy and numeracy, scaffolding tasks, or helping pupils develop independence, resilienceand confidence in the classroom.
