Learning & Development Associate
A learning & development associate will enhance the competencies of employees by designing and conducting branch‑training programs that align with the company’s core values. The associate is responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing, delivering curriculum and learning materials, managing all phases of branch training, and facilitating webinars and workshop‑style training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PCG teams and RJL Divisions to identify target audience’s training requirements and needs
- Develop create and deploy a variety of types of learning materials
- Write/produce standardized business process user manuals (job aids)
- Assist with layout, editing, and organizing of content as required
