We partner with business leaders and SMEs to translate business priorities into scalable digital and classroom learning, eventually aiming to maintain a central content library, and measure learning impact through data and analytics. Key Responsibilities
Convert existing instructor-led decks and L&D materials into engaging video-based learning content Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, microlearning videos and explainer animations aligned to learning objectives Create storyboards, scripts, voiceover briefs and visual designs for each module in collaboration with SMEs Package content to be LMS-ready (SCORM/xAPI) and publish/upload to Odoo with accurate metadata, course structure, and learner access settin...
