Position Overview

At Hospice West Auckland, we provide exceptional specialist palliative care services to our patients and their families and caregivers. Our Learning and Development team supports this work through the delivery of learning programmes to our staff, volunteers, and primary care organisations across the wider West Auckland community.

The Learning & Development Coordinator works as part of the People & Culture team, partnering with the Clinical Nurse Educator to deliver internal and external learning programmes. This is a busy, multitasking position that requires initiative and efficiency.

This is a 0.8 FTE, Monday – Thursday position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and host meetings, workshops, student visits, and other learning activities and events, both in-person and on Zoom.
