Job Description

The Learning & Development Specialist supports the Firm’s learning and talent development initiatives. The role assists the L&D Manager in designing, delivering, and implementing training programs across face-to-face, virtual, and eLearning formats.

The position requires a solid understanding of the end-to-end training lifecycle, adult learning principles, learning models, and learning technologies. The specialist also contributes to improving existing programs, recommending new learning topics, and supporting knowledge management initiatives to strengthen firm-wide capability.
