To achieve these key elements, responsible for driving well planned, efficient operations with continual review and iterative improvements.
Keep updated with new developments on IMO regulations, Flag, Class, Oil major / Customers requirements related on Competence development. Plan and develop courses to ensure compliance as per required timelines.
Prepare, plan and execute new Learning and Development courses related to Nautical/ Cargo aspects, Safety, Environment, Quality, SIRE 2.0, CDI, Risk Assessments and any other relevant topics to enhance the Company's Tech...
