Position Overview

We are looking
 for someone who:
2+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Training (hospitality preferred)

Experience in internship program management or campus engagement is a plus

Strong skills in training design, facilitation, and talent development

Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills

Passion for people development and organizational growth

Pleasant personality & Good Interpersonal skills

Fluent in English communication skills

Customer orientation, Enthusiasm, Team builderInitiative, Self starter
