Learning & Development Specialist

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you play a key role in coordinating and delivering development programs that support the growth of our workforce. You assist with understanding learning needs, organizing training logistics, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure programs run smoothly. You work closely with internal partners to align learning solutions with business needs and support communication and coordination with external vendors to ensure high quality learning resources are delivered. Where relevant, you help apply digital learning tools and AI-supported solutions to enhance the learning experience.
