The Learning & Development Specialist supports the Firm’s learning and talent development initiatives by assisting in the design, delivery, and implementation of training programs across face-to-face, virtual, and eLearning formats. The role works closely with the L&D Manager and divisional coordinators to ensure effective execution of learning interventions.
The position requires a solid understanding of end-to-end training processes, adult learning principles, learning model, and learning technologies. The specialist also contributes to program improvements, identifies new learning needs, and supports knowledge management initiatives to strengthen firm-wide capability.
