The Learning & Development Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs by managing training calendars, coordinating logistics, overseeing training‑related inquiries, and supporting data collection and reporting activities. This role enables consistent program delivery and effective communication across training stakeholders, facilitators, managers, and participants.
This position operates with a high degree of autonomy within defined processes and serves as a central operational support function for learning and development initiatives. This role reports directly to Global Resource Center leadership at the Mexico office, with a dotted‑line reporting relationship to the functional leader, Sales Training Program Lead, based in Fort Worth, Texas.
