Job Description

A Learning Director’s role is to design and maintain the overall learning architecture that underpins MSC training and readiness. The director ensures learning content is organized into clear pathways aligned to roles, services, and proficiency levels, enabling learners to access the right content at the right time. This includes defining and governing metadata and tagging standards so content is discoverable, reusable, and scalable.

The Learning Director is responsible for designing and maintaining the end‑to‑end learning delivery architecture that enables learning to be discoverable, usable, and effective in the flow of work. The role defines how learning content is structured, tagged, governed, and connected across tools and platforms, ensuring a clear separation between learning and reference materials.
