Coach squad members within Learning Studio and Learning Portfolio Lead to improve team performance and productivity
Track project timeline metrics, forecast trends, progress reporting to meet end date commitments
Measure squad velocity and work with the Learning Business Management Lead and Learning Portfolio Lead to recommend improvements
Facilitate planning, prioritization and other Agile cadences with the squad to develop backlog for learning initiatives (audience assignment, launch content, event coordination etc.) and drive accountability
Ensure timely updates of forms into project tracking tools (ie. Cognota/Project Place)
